Jimmy Buffet’s First Guitar

Jimmy Buffett’s people called the shop and asked if I would restore Jimmy’s first guitar. He recently reconnected with the guitar which his mother had given to him at age 14. It is a very inexpensive beginner’s guitar made of plywood and fiberboard.

Getting it back into playing condition was a challenge but I did manage. Later I saw a photo of Mr. Buffett in his office with that guitar behind him on a stand so I guess he plays it still.
